Join Baba Yaga Magick at Lucky Penny in Long Beach to learn the art of candle magick, from choosing colors to working with herbs, oils, and flame. Bring a little curiosity and something you’d like to call into your life. We’ll guide you through the ritual.
Meet the witch behind the candles. Jackie is the maker behind all the Baba Yaga Magick candles you know and love at Lucky Penny. A practicing witch, she brings care, intention, and a deep connection to her craft into every candle she creates. This workshop is your chance to learn directly from her—to ask questions, explore her practice, and discover the thought and ritual behind her work. She’s a wonderful resource for anyone curious about where to begin.
In this beginner workshop, Jackie will introduce candle color correspondences and flame manifestation practices, sharing how herbs, oils, and other ingredients can be used in candle magick. You’ll receive a pillar candle and work with the materials she provides as you learn.
