In this workshop you'll learn to warm up with purpose, activate the right muscles, understand your balance point, and build the technique to lift with control.Two workshops will be offered: a beginner arm balance and an a second exploration workshop. Both are designed to help you build arm balances intelligently. Through step-by-step progressions, hands-on guidance, and personalized feedback, you'll develop the skills and confidence to balance with greater ease and consistency. Sign up for one or both!
Arm Balance Exploration
We'll explore Firefly, Funky Flying Crow, and Flying Crow, focusing on the body preparation and tools that can help you work toward almost any arm balance.
