Beginner & Intermediate Pilates

Join us for a Pilates class that is designed to leave you feeling energised and more confident in Pilates. This class really focused on form and technique so if you've ever wondering if you're doing it 'right' this class could be for you x

In each class we will flow through an energising mat Pilates class with a focus on technique, before slowing things down to break down one key exercise; helping you refine your form, move with more control and precision and progress.

Thursday evenings

Intermediate 7:00 - 7:50 pm

Beginners 8:00 - 8:50pm
