Rather than beginning with pressure or resolutions, join us for an evening of deep rest, reflection and renewal. This special New Year’s Day experience combines nourishing Yin Yoga with an immersive Sound Bath, creating space to settle your nervous system and reconnect with yourself as the year begins. Yin Yoga invites you to slow down, soften and release tension through long-held, supported postures. As your body relaxes, the soothing vibrations of gongs, chimes and therapeutic instruments will wash over you, encouraging profound rest and helping you arrive fully in the present moment. This event is suitable for all levels, and no previous yoga experience is needed. The only requirement is that you’re comfortable getting down onto the floor. Please bring your own yoga mat and any favourite blankets, cushions or bolsters to make yourself as cosy as possible. A small number of props will also be available to borrow. Give yourself the gift of stillness. Begin the year exactly where you are.
