Beg/Inter Hatha Yoga

This rejuvenating, healing, energizing class is taught with intent so that students of all levels can find challenge and release. Poses are held for longer periods of time so you can oxygenate every cell in your body. As you progress, you learn how to tailor each pose to your specific needs and energy-levels, accelerating the healing of physical and emotional injuries.
