What you see during a showing can make a big difference in the decisions your buyer makes. Sometimes, recognizing a potential problem before writing the offer can save your client from entering a transaction that may not be right for them.
Join us for a hands-on training designed specifically for real estate agents who want to become more confident, observant, and prepared when showing homes.
We’ll be joined by Joe Ziolkowski of On Target Home Inspection, who will walk through an actual home and demonstrate what an experienced, licensed home inspector looks for when evaluating a property.
We’ll also have Joe Medrano of loanDepot, who will provide lunch and bring the lending perspective to the conversation. Joe will answer questions about how inspection findings, property condition, repairs, and other issues can potentially affect the financing side of a transaction.

When inspection or property-condition issues arise, what questions should agents and buyers be asking about the financing?
We’ll discuss real-world situations where buyers have written offers only to discover during the inspection that the property’s condition was significantly different than they expected—and how those discoveries can affect the transaction.
The goal isn’t to turn you into a home inspector or lender.
The goal is to teach you how to see more, ask better questions, communicate appropriately, and help your buyers make better decisions before they write the offer.
