Join us at Chapter Estates on Tuesday, October 13, for a special preview of our Weekend Supper Club, launching October 16 for the Fall/Winter season. For one night only, we’re bringing together signature Chapter experiences and a hosted candle-making experience with Ollie & Co.—with just 20 additional seats available.
The evening begins with our new Chapter Tasting Tables: a wine experience created exclusively at Chapter Estates. Featuring a selection of our wines and signature ingredients arranged on a specially prepared tasting mat, this sensory introduction invites you to explore how flavours interact, discover unexpected combinations and learn a little along the way. Curious palates welcome. No wine expertise required.
Throughout the evening, we’ll bring the experience to your table with some of our Supper Club signatures: Potato Club, our mobile martini cart and an after-dinner affogato trolley. Thoughtful touches, a little tableside theatre and plenty of reasons to linger.
At the heart of this special evening is Ollie & Co., a local candle company joining us to guide you through signature scents and the art of candle composition. Explore, experiment and create your very own signature candle to take home—a little of the evening, bottled in wax.
