About this Event
For one night, the kitchens of Make Food Not Waste and Marrow in the Market are teaming up to create a special menu of upcycled dishes made with ingredients that might otherwise go to waste. Marrow’s commitment to sustainable cooking makes them the perfect partner for this culinary challenge. Come enjoy the dishes our chefs create together, with 30% of the proceeds from these special menu items directly supporting Make Food Not Waste.
We’re also excited to partner with Planet Detroit, Michigan’s independent nonprofit environmental newsroom. Planet Detroit covers climate, health, and sustainability through journalism that helps people take action, not just stay informed. And thanks to them, the first 50 guests to arrive will receive a drink on Planet Detroit!
