Hey Beer Babes! We are doing our annual visit to the Carolina Renaissance Festival on a Sunday! Because of some scheduling conflicts, we're not doing it during BrewFest Weekend (2nd weekend) but rather during Wizards & Revels weekend!
Info about the festival: https://www.carolina.renfestinfo.com/

There will be specialty craft beers available throughout the Faire, along with a few meads, ciders, mimosas, margaritas, and wine options - and Pepsi sodas.
No you don't have to go with us as a group.
No you don't need to dress up although I will caution you not to wear anything with words or pictures on it unless you want the performers to interact with you, lol, because they absolutely will!
Yes I will be dressing up in full garb. Yes, if someone wants to borrow something, I likely can make that happen! ;-)
Of note - almost all food and all drinks are cash only. All shows (except specialty like Torture Museum, BrewFest, etc.) are free to attend. Games (shooting, Jacob's ladder, ring toss, etc.), Henna & Tarot are cash only. I recommend $80 per person in cash, unless you know you wanna do those extras then recommend $100-150 (tarot/henna will be $20+) cash.
Yes, there are vegetarian and vegan food options.
No, there's no liquor, but are plenty of beer, mead and wine options (including mimosas and margaritas with white wine).
The website has the full details and schedule. Also you must buy tickets in advance online, and they will sell out! This is rain or shine event except in flooding, Hurricane or similar disaster level weather.
Wear. Comfy. Shoes! And. Sunscreen!
Hope to see yall there!
Slainté,
Bethany
