The New York Bee Club's annual conference, back for a full day at John Bowne High School in Flushing, Queens.Two morning talks, afternoon breakout sessions, and two afternoon talks on the theme The Future of Beekeeping. Breakout topics include hive sensors and hive data, making beeswax products, and photographing your bees. Vendors are on site all day and there is a raffle at 5:00 PM.
Your ticket includes all sessions, continental breakfast, lunch, two breaks, vendor access, a swag bag, a notebook, and a commemorative pin. Vegetarian and non-vegetarian options are available.
The New York Bee Club business meeting and leadership vote runs 8:00 to 9:00 AM. Anyone may sit in without a conference ticket. Only members may vote.
All experience levels are welcome, and so are people who have never kept bees. All ages welcome, no children's rate.
