About this Event
🐝 BEE FUNNY: A Comedy Spelling Bee
PLANO, TEXAS! We're bringing the laughs, the spelling, and the chaos to Mic Drop Comedy!
What happens when you combine stand-up comedy with a spelling bee? You get BEE FUNNY, a comedy show where being a terrible speller might actually be a good thing!
Hosted by comedians Jon Boyd and Sean Smith, this one-of-a-kind show puts four comedians to the ultimate test.
HERE'S HOW IT WORKS:
🐝 ROUND 1: THE SPELLING BEE
Four comedians compete in a live spelling bee. Some words are easy. Some are ridiculous. And some will have you questioning how these people graduated high school.
🎤 ROUND 2: THE STAND-UP
After the spelling bee, each comedian performs a stand-up set, but there's a twist! They have to incorporate the words they misspelled into their comedy.
The results? Unpredictable, hilarious, and completely different every show.
😂 AND THE AUDIENCE?
You're part of the fun! Cheer on your favorite comedians, laugh at their terrible spelling, and see if you could do any better.
