About this Event
If you're an experienced beekeeper, or a complete beginner, this event will get you interacting with our wee buzzy pals and learning about the fascinating world of Beekeeping. These sessions will focus on the practical elements of taking care of bees though Hive Inspections and there will be time to discuss and share knowledge of the more theoretical components.
Bee Club will be facilitated by an experienced Beekeeper and protective clothing(Beekeeping Suits) will be provided. But it's a space for us all to learn together, so please bring anything you've learned about bees, and know about Beekeeping. And keep in mind that there is still a slight risk of being stung, so please only sign up for that if you are able to accept that risk. We will ask you to fill out a Consent Form before attendance.
These sessions are for those aged 18+ with no exceptions.
