Film Synopsis
Niki White is a talented piano tuner whose extraordinary hearing allows him to hear sounds and musical notes with incredible precision. But that gift comes with a downside: Niki experiences everyday sounds with painful intensity, making his former dream of becoming a professional musician increasingly difficult.
Working alongside veteran piano tuner Harry Horowitz, Niki discovers that his heightened hearing has another unexpected use — he can listen to the mechanisms inside safes and work out their combinations.
What begins as an unusual side hustle soon pulls Niki into increasingly dangerous territory. As he becomes involved with criminals while developing a relationship with musician Ruthie, Niki finds himself caught between the life he wants and the risks he is taking.
Blending crime, romance, music and suspense, Tuner offers a fresh spin on the modern thriller, with Leo Woodall and Dustin Hoffman at the centre of its story.
