About this Event
BECOMING — Who Am I Becoming?
Menopause can change more than the body.
It can shift the way we see ourselves, our roles, our relationships, and what comes next.
BECOMING is a guided therapeutic art workshop exploring body, identity, and change through menopause.
Through art-making, reflection, and gentle conversation, we’ll create space to notice what is changing, reconnect with our experiences, and explore the woman we are becoming.
No art experience is needed.
There is no right or wrong way to create.
Sharing is always optional.
What we’ll explore:
- Changes in our relationship with the body
- Identity and the roles we carry
- What we may be rediscovering
- What is changing — and what may be emerging
This is a creative and reflective experience, not psychotherapy, medical treatment, or medical advice.
For women navigating perimenopause or menopause who are curious to explore this stage of life through art and reflection.
