Our experience begins with renowned hypnotherapist Mayra Rath, who will guide you into an expanded state of consciousness through a specially curated hypnosis journey centered around reconnecting with your Galactic Soul Family. As the analytical mind begins to quiet, you will be invited to journey inward and explore the people, places, energies, and impressions that may arise as you reconnect with a deeper sense of familiarity and belonging beyond your everyday awareness.
Rather than seeking a specific answer or forcing a particular experience, Mayra will create a space for your subconscious and imagination to lead the way. You may encounter symbolic imagery, intuitive messages, emotional memories, sensations of recognition, or simply a profound feeling of connection. Each journey is deeply personal, allowing you to receive whatever experience feels meaningful to you in that moment.
Following the hypnosis, Kyle Lam will guide you into an extended sound bath designed to help you remain within this deeply receptive state while allowing the experience to settle and integrate. Through the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, planetary gongs, and other therapeutic instruments, the sound journey will create space to move beyond thought and into feeling, giving you time to absorb whatever arose during your hypnosis experience.

The studio does provide yoga mats, seat cushions, blankets, and pillows for you to utilize to create a comfortable space. However, if you wish to bring your own personal items, you are welcome to do so.
We will have a resident tarot reader offering tarot readings for this event as well. Feel free to arrive early to receive a reading or receive one after the sound bath concludes.
