That’s why Restoration Counseling + Support Services is excited to introduce:
✨ BECOMING HER ✨
A 6-Week Therapeutic Group for Teen Girls
Beginning October 12th, we’re creating a supportive space where teen girls can connect with other young ladies navigating similar experiences while developing skills to help them move through this important stage of life with greater confidence and resilience.
Over six weeks, we’ll explore topics including:
🌿 Identity & personal growth
🧠 Anxiety, overthinking & emotional regulation
💗 Self-esteem, confidence & self-talk
🤝 Friendships, relationships & healthy boundaries
✨ Coping skills & resilience
🌸 Becoming the young woman she wants to be
This isn’t about having everything figured out. It’s an opportunity for young ladies to talk, learn, connect, practice new skills, and discover that they aren’t the only ones navigating the challenges that come with adolescence.
📣 SCREENING & ENROLLMENT IS NOW OPEN!
We are intentionally keeping this group small, so space will be limited. All prospective participants will complete a brief screening to help us determine whether the group is an appropriate fit.
