Maybe the roles that once fit don't anymore. Maybe you're in a season of transition. Or maybe nothing is obviously wrong—you simply know you're ready to discover what comes next.
BECOMING is five days of stepping away from the noise, expectations, and responsibilities of everyday life long enough to hear yourself again.
Through restorative movement, sound and frequency experiences, guided reflection, deeply restful practices, meaningful conversation, nourishing meals, time in nature, and plenty of space to simply be, we'll explore what you're ready to keep, what you're ready to release, and what may be waiting underneath all the roles you've learned to carry.
This isn't a packed retreat schedule or five days of forced vulnerability.
There is no expectation that you share your story with a room full of strangers.
There is no pressure to have a breakthrough.
And you don't need to arrive knowing exactly what you want to change.
You only need to be curious about the woman you're becoming.
BECOMING is intentionally small so the experience can remain personal, spacious, and unhurried.
