Skyline Dog Walkers is a team of dog people in Houston, and we’re hiring part-time walkers for our next training groups in early December. Come hang out, grab a coffee, and meet the people you’d actually be working with. Our founder Rebecca, our manager Micah will be there to answer anything you want to know.
There’s no pressure. If it sounds like a fit, we’ll tell you how to apply, and you may even be able to book a first-round interview before you leave.
What you’ll learn:
What a day as a Skyline walker is really like
How our paid training week works (you start with a small group of new teammates, so you have a built-in crew)
How scheduling works and how to fit it around school, a day job, or your own projects
The details, upfront
$12/hr starting pay, plus tips that average $2 to $5/hr
W2 employee, never a 1099 contractor
Choose 3 or more days a week, 9am to 5pm
Shifts of 5 hours or less
Hours aren’t guaranteed, but we aim for 10 to 15 hours a week after your first 30 days
We ask for a 6-month commitment, since we invest heavily in your training
You’ll need reliable transportation and be comfortable with all kinds of dogs
