Beaver Pond Planting Day in Tigard

It’s finally time to plant at the beaver pond! Join in Tigard to support our restoration efforts at a beautiful beaver pond just across from the Tigard Public Library.

We’ll plant native species along the pond and stream banks beneath a canopy of Pacific willow.

This work supports wildlife habitat, water quality, and soil health while promoting biodiversity. Snacks, coffee, tools, safety gear, and instruction will be provided.

Please expect to walk and work on uneven surfaces along a pond bank. The site is accessible via TriMet bus line 76.

Thank you to the Tualatin Soil and Water Conservation District for supporting this project!
