Join us October 23 through 26, 2026, for the Beauty Energetics Founding Retreat at a private retreat home in Sherman Oaks, Los Angeles. This intimate wellness experience is an invitation to step away from everyday pressure, reconnect with your body, and receive the care you so freely give to others.
Throughout the weekend, guests will experience yoga, Yogalates, Kundalini yoga and meditation, breathwork, nervous system regulation, energetic boundary work, lymphatic self massage, partner stretching, beginner friendly acro yoga, and meaningful community connection.
Enjoy restorative pool time, sauna, hot tub, guided contrast therapy, shared meals, an open mic talent share, and a private floating sound bath for overnight guests.
Optional private beauty and wellness sessions will be available to book separately, including massage, contouring lymphatic massage, facials, Reiki, sound healing, red light therapy, compression boots, psychic sessions, and other personalized treatments.
