Beauty & Bounty : A beautiful day retreat to welcome the season of abundance. Hosted by Kendra Murphy & Dawn Schroeder at North Ridge Farm in Vermillion, Ohio.
October 10th, 10:30 am – 4:30 pm: Enjoy the day to find clarity & open yourself to abundance through a guided exploration of movement, reflection and interconnection.
Dena’s Table, onsite at North Ridge Farm, will provide two nourishing farm-to-table carefully curated food selections that will enrich your experience, body & soul.
North Ridge Farm is the ideal setting to step away from the day-to-day and connect with nature and to connect with yourself.
Yoga + Movement
Bring your yoga mat, bolsters and blankets. Just as we move together in a cleansing and enriching way, we will also rest together to restore and renew. Together, we will meet our mats twice throughout our retreat.
Sound + Connection
Let the sound of the gong wash over you and clear anything that no longer serves you, clearing space for the new. This new space will be open for connection with each other, with ourselves and with nature through creativity & peace.
Meditation + Reflection
Find moments of quiet awareness to turn inward for reflection. Savoring the experiences of the day, we will practice moments for quiet and grounding through various activities both guided and self-directed.
