On Thursday 19 November, we’re celebrating Beaujolais Nouveau at Emberwood with Christophe Pacalet, one of the region’s most brilliant winemakers, and Master Sommelier Claire Thévenot of Vins Clairs.Christophe will be with us throughout the evening, sharing the story of Beaujolais, talking Gamay and the Crus, and answering questions as we move from the just-released Beaujolais Nouveau 2026 through a wider discovery of the region’s terroirs. Magnums will be poured throughout the evening, alongside a three-course Emberwood menu created for the occasion.
