Mark your calendars! Beat the Sound returns on Saturday, 16 January 2027, bringing paddlers together for one of ROCC's biggest days on the water!
Set against the stunning backdrop of Point Peron, Rockingham, Beat the Sound brings together the outrigger canoe, waka ama and va'a community for an epic day of ocean racing, competition and community.
THREE COURSES. ONE EPIC EVENT.
• 16KM LONG COURSE – The ultimate endurance challenge.
• 6KM SHORT COURSE – Shorter distance, same race-day energy.
• 10KM SMALL CRAFT – OC1, OC2 and V1 paddlers, this one's for you!
