Break up your work week with big laughs at Bear Hug Comedy Club! Every Wednesday night, we transform the upstairs performance space at the historic The Old Crown Public House (renamed Thirty Three) into London’s most electric open-mic comedy room.
Whether you are looking for a cheap date night, a fun evening out with friends, or just want to see the future stars of British comedy before they hit TV, this is where you need to be. Our fast-moving showcase gives each comedian a tight 5-minute slot. You’ll see a massive variety of styles, from raw local talent cutting their teeth to seasoned circuit professionals dropping in to trial brand-new, unfiltered material. Run by comedians, for comedy fans, the energy in this room is unmatched.

• 7:45 PM: Doors Open (Grab your drinks downstairs and head up!)
• 8:00 PM: Show Starts strictly on time
• 10:00 PM: Show Ends (The pub stays open late for post-show drinks!)
