We are partnering with Woughton Community Council and the International Tree Foundation to plant a diverse range of native tree species at an area of land between Melick Road and Woodrush Close on Beanhill. The trees will help to promote nature biodiversity locally and green the area for the benefit of the local community.
To plant trees with us you need to book places in advance.
We are planting from 10:00 on Saturday 20th February 2027.
We would love to see lots of local people come along to help us plant trees. This is an open-air event so please dress for cold and potentially damp weather, please wear stout boots or shoes, bring gardening gloves and come ready to do some digging.
No experience is required, full instruction will be given. The aim is to have fun while helping the environment.
This is a family-friendly event; however, there are no facilities in the immediate area. Please bring your own refreshments. Sorry, NO TOILET FACILITIES will be available at the tree planting site.
All under 16's to be accompanied by an adult.

Getting to the planting site:
We would really appreciate it if you were able to walk or cycle or use public transport if you can.
If you need to travel by car, we ask you park along either Melick Road or Woodrush Close, please be considerate to local residents and don't block their driveways. Post code for satnav is MK6 4LT
