BEAM Impact is a one-day interactive course designed to help you build confidence, communicate effectively and develop healthier boundaries.About this Event
Throughout the session, you will explore what boundaries are, why they matter, and how different behaviour styles, including passive, assertive and aggressive communication, can affect the way we interact with others.
You will also develop your communication and questioning skills, explore the impact of tone of voice and body language, and consider how perceptions can influence our decisions and behaviour.
The day will finish with a focus on setting practical SMART goals, giving you the opportunity to identify your own goals and plan your next steps.
