Jump into your week with Jump Start Detroit Club! Join us for a high intensity and fun 30-minute cardio workout using interval jump rope training to get your heart pumping, boost your energy, and leave you feeling accomplished (and maybe a bit spooky)!
Jump Start Detroit’s mission is to bring people together through the connection of wellness, fitness, and jumping rope. Whether you're a jump rope pro or just getting started, this workout is designed to be effective, energetic, and welcoming for all fitness levels.
All you need is yourself! Jump ropes are provided, so there’s no need to bring your own. If you’d like additional support, we recommend bringing a smooth exercise mat to make jumping more comfortable on your knees. Don’t forget your sweat towel, water bottle, and a great attitude. Come ready to jump, sweat, connect, and have a great time with the Detroit community!

The class fee is $10 per session.

In the case of cancellations of class due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, refunds will be made available upon request. Contact Jumpstart Detroit host for details.
Classes will also be held in November in a heated tent. Look for more information on upcoming classes. Tickets must be purchased for each class separately.
This class is OPEN to the public. Space will be limited based on capacity.
