beach yoga + soundbath

Feel the sand under your feet and the ocean breeze as you flow through a relaxing yoga session right on the beach. Afterward, unwind with a soothing crystal singing bowl soundbath that will help you melt stress and find your calm.

This is full service event: with purchase of your ticket, I will set up a Turkish towel mat on the beach for you. You just show up, ready to recharge, stretch, and soak in peaceful vibes.

We will meet on Sunset Beach near the address. An email will provide the final location after set-up on that morning.

No experience needed—just bring your good energy! And maybe a water bottle + sunscreen.
