Saturdays June - September, 8-9am Enjoy low impact exercise to increase balance, flexibility and reduce stress to the sound of ambient waves. Practice is led by our amazing instructor Chrissy Ehrhart of Zenna Wellness. All levels welcome! Free but park entrance fees are in effect.
