Stretch, strengthen, and soak up the sea air with a Friday morning Pilates class at Sobo Beach, followed by your favourite coffee and optional sea dip! These 45- minute classes will work to strengthen your full body, improve alignment/ posture, increase flexibility, as well as relieve stress and tension.
