Yoga will be led by me (Nicole)! All levels are welcome. Please bring your own mat & I highly recommend bringing a towel & water! Plenty of street parking available. This is donation based - all proceeds will go to the Laguna Oceans Foundation which helps to preserve our tide pools and sea life.
