Transformation isn't about becoming someone new. It's about remembering who you've always been.
We spend so much of our lives believing we need to become more, do more, heal more, or accomplish more before we can finally feel whole.
But what if nothing has ever been missing?
What if transformation begins when we stop searching outside ourselves and start remembering the wisdom, wholeness, and Light that have been within us all along?
Join Cheryl Ragland Pace for an experiential conversation that explores transformation through the practice of remembering. Drawing from more than twenty-two years of helping people reconnect with themselves through therapeutic massage, hypnosis, energy work, education, and spiritual exploration, Cheryl brings together body, mind, heart, and soul in a way that is practical, personal, and deeply human.
Through personal stories, guided meditation, reflection, journaling, and an interactive mirror experience, participants will be invited to look beyond fear, conditioning, accomplishments, and perceived imperfections and reconnect with the quiet wisdom within.
Because Be the Change • Be the Light isn't simply something we do.
It begins with remembering who we are.
And once we remember, the next invitation is to embody it.
For those who feel called to continue the experience, Cheryl will return on October 25 for an ACT co-sponsored gathering, Embody the Light: A Sacred Remembrance, where we will take the journey from remembering the Light within to living it.
October 11, we remember.October 25, we embody.
Together, we become the change and the Light.
