About this Event
Prepare yourself and your family for unexpected emergencies by joining us for a no-cost Disaster Preparedness Workshop presented by the Inland Southern California United Way and Inland Southern California 211+ Disaster Resilience Team.
Participants will learn about common types of disasters and practical steps they can take before an emergency occurs. The workshop will cover how to prepare a Go Bag for a quick evacuation and how to build a Stay-at-Home Box for emergencies that require remaining indoors.
Each workshop includes:
- Disaster preparedness education
- Preparedness kit distribution
- Resources for individuals and families
- Giveaways and raffle prizes
