Learn new techniques to help improve your self-care routine and receive some new resources to try out.

Info: Motivational Interviewing (MI) is a collaborative, person-centered counseling approach designed to help individuals explore and strengthen their own motivation for change. Rather than directing or persuading, the clinician uses empathy, reflective listening, and guided conversation to help clients identify their goals, resolve ambivalence, and build confidence in making meaningful behavioral changes. MI is commonly used in substance use treatment, healthcare, and mental health settings to support lasting, self-directed change. It can be applied to a number of different changes and transitions throughout the lifespan.
