Arrive for breaky, then we are straight into prepping all the meats and getting it in the smoker or on the grill. We will then get the side dishes ready as they need time to develop & this will bring us to lunch...

While the food is settling, there will be a tasting & chat from a sommelier, a brewer or distiller.
Finally, it's time for your 3 friends to arrive at 3:45pm (who we will have asked you to invite) & eat what you have made around long tables. BBQ's may be perfect for alone time while cooking, but we all do it for the love of the sharing food and smiles later too.
