This hands-on session is designed to help Accredited Businesses better understand their accreditation, take advantage of available benefits, and learn practical ways to strengthen their credibility and visibility.
Whether you are newly accredited or have been part of BBB for years, this workshop will help you understand what your accreditation includes and how to start using those resources more effectively.

-An Accredited Business that has never attended an orientation
-Looking to better understand your accreditation benefits

-A business owner, manager, or customer-service representative
