Bawdsey Manor, located in the secluded village of Bawdsey, Suffolk, stands proudly on the coastal seafront. Constructed in 1886 by Sir William Cuthbert Quilter, 1st Baronet, this magnificent structure has served various purposes throughout its history. Originally a residence for the Quilter family, the manor was later owned by the Ministry of Defence (MOD) from 1936 to 1991 and functioned as a boarding school until 2016.In the 12th century, the land of Bawdsey was under the control of Augustine monks. Numerous reports of paranormal activity have emerged from the manor, including the sound of children's laughter when no one is present. Our team experienced significant drops in temperature during our visit, particularly in the billiard room. As you approach the manor, the sensation of being watched becomes unmistakable. We have identified a strong male energy in the former dining room and main hall.
