The Mission:
Think your gumbo, jambalaya, or chili is the best in the parish? Bring your seasoned black iron pot and prove it. All proceeds go toward supporting our local veterans and Post programs.
The Timeline:
0700 (7:00 AM): Fire up the burners! Cooking Begins.
1200 (12:00 PM): Judging & Public Tasting.
Game Time: Kickoff follows judging! Stick around to watch the game on the big screens.

Ingredients can be pre-cut, but heat hits the pot at 7:00 AM sharp.
