About this Event
October is peak time for the spectacular deer rut, when red deer stags compete for mates with their impressive displays of strength and haunting roars echoing across the landscape.
We'll have the opportunity to observe this fascinating natural behaviour while maintaining a safe and respectful distance from these magnificent animals - ours and their wellbeing and safety is our top priority.
Meeting Point: Studley Royal car park enter Studley royal via Studley lane not fountain’s abbey
Parking Information:
• FREE for National Trust members (don't forget your membership card!)
• £7 for 4 hours or £10 for the full day for non-members
• IMPORTANT: Bring coins! The car park doesn't accept cards and mobile signal is very poor in the area.
Come prepared with binoculars if you have them, wear comfortable walking shoes, and dress warmly for the autumn weather.
