About this Event
Bat Walk For Tri service families
Join us for a Bat Walk at the beautiful Ninesprings Park. This in-person event will take place on October 27, 2026 at 16:30 pm (BST).
Enjoy an evening out like no other on our dusk bat survey in Ninesprings where we will first have a discussion about what we may find, followed by a walk of the area looking for bat activity.
Learn how to use a bat detector and identify different bat species during one of their most active periods.
This event is perfect for nature lovers, and is a great way to get some exercise, fresh air and learn all about our native bat species.
Suitable for all nature loving families.
Bring suitable walking shoes. The paths can be uneven. The route will be pushchair friendly. There are some hills in Ninesprings on gravel paths.
We will meet behind the Cafe at Ninesprings park, where there are also toilets
