About this Event
Most business owners aren't waiting for the right time. They're waiting for permission.
Permission to start the thing. Permission to charge what they're worth. Permission to lead as the authority they already are.
The uncomfortable truth: the person you're waiting on doesn't exist. Nobody is coming to tap you on the shoulder and tell you you're ready. That decision has always been yours.
At this Roundtable, we're diagnosing which permission you've been waiting on - and naming it in a room full of people who've been doing the same thing.
You'll leave with:
- Clarity on which of the three permissions has been running your business
- A specific reframe for the voice that keeps saying "I'm not ready yet"
- A room of people who've named their trap and are ready to leave it behind
- One act of audacity to take in the next 48 hours
This isn't theory. It's live diagnosis in a safe room.
HERE'S WHAT HAPPENS:
We sit around a table - coffees in hand. Bruno opens with one question - then we go around the room. Everyone shares. Everyone listens. We challenge each other's thinking. We hold up a mirror. And we leave seeing something we couldn't see when we walked in.
People keep coming back - and they keep bringing friends.
THIS IS FOR YOU IF:
- Business owners stuck on "I'm not ready yet" / "I need more testimonials first" / "Who am I to charge that"
- Service providers underpricing because the quote feels too big to say out loud
- Creators and consultants waiting to be anointed by someone else before they lead
- Anyone sitting on a launch, pitch, or price they know is overdue
THIS IS NOT:
- A seminar or workshop
- Financial or investment advice
- A place to network for business cards
- Somewhere you sit and listen to a speaker
This is a conversation. The kind you wish you had more often with the right people.

ABOUT THE HOST (Check HIS PHOTO BELOW):
Bruno is a young Portuguese-British creator, coder, trader, hybrid athlete, Kizomba dance instructor, event organiser, and founder of BASZO. After 6 years in banking, he's stepped away from corporate life to build a life of purpose - through coaching, content, community, and faith.
He ran the Manchester Half Marathon in 1:50. He's hosted 6 roundtables that have grown from 7 to 12 people per event. He teaches weekly Kizomba dance classes and runs monthly events for 100-150 people. He's currently coaching clients and documenting the entire journey on social media.
He's not a guru. He's a young man who decided to stop waiting for permission and start building. And he wants to help you do the same.
