Basic Supervision Master Class: Essentials for New Leaders
Strong supervisors are the foundation of healthy, effective organizations. Whether you are new to a leadership role or looking to strengthen your supervisory skills, this three-day Master Class is designed to provide practical tools, knowledge, and confidence to help you lead successfully.
This training goes beyond the fundamentals of supervision by addressing the specific and often nuanced situations that supervisors encounter within Tribal organizations. Participants will explore leadership, employee relations, communication, performance management, and workplace challenges through a lens that recognizes the unique organizational, cultural, and operational considerations of Tribal communities.
Our goal is to equip you with practical strategies you can apply immediately while strengthening your confidence and effectiveness as a leader.
Throughout this interactive learning experience, participants will:
