Join us at Tucson Jewelry School for a hands-on jewelry-making class where you’ll learn how a bezel is created to securely hold a cabochon in a ring.In our Basic Bezel Setting Cabochon Ring class, you’ll practice foundational soldering and bezel-setting techniques as you create a handmade stone setting from start to finish. Along the way, you’ll work toward creating a cabochon ring while learning skills that form an important foundation for stone-setting projects.
This class is Skill Level: Beginner and is designed for students interested in learning how to make a stone-set ring with instructor guidance.
Your instructor, Kim St. Jean, is Tucson Jewelry School’s resident artist and has more than 25 years of experience teaching jewelry making. She’ll guide you through the process as you learn how soldering and bezel setting come together to hold a cabochon securely in your ring.
