The safety and wellbeing of children attending this event is a priority for the event organisers and venue management.
Children under the age of 14 years must be accompanied and supervised at all times by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 years or over. The accompanying adult is responsible for the child's safety, behaviour, and compliance with all event and venue rules.
As this event may involve amplified music and elevated sound levels, all children under the age of 16 years are required to wear suitable hearing protection while attending the event. Parents and guardians are responsible for providing and ensuring the use of appropriate hearing protection for children in their care.
Any attendee who, in the reasonable opinion of event management or venue security, is deemed unfit to attend the event due to intoxication, impairment, welfare concerns, or any other factor affecting their safety or the safety of others, may be refused entry or removed from the event.
Where the attendee is a child or young person under the age of 18, event staff will make reasonable efforts to contact a parent or legal guardian. The child will remain under the supervision of event staff or venue management in a safe location until contact is made and appropriate arrangements are agreed with the parent or guardian.
Event staff reserve the right to refuse entry or remove attendees where these requirements are not met or where the safety of any child may be at risk.
By attending the event, parents and guardians acknowledge and accept responsibility for the supervision and welfare of children accompanying them.
