Join us after hours as we flow under the sun on Saturday November 7th. Class is FREE and open to everyBODY. Swing by early to enjoy the festival and stick around to end the night on your mat!
There is plenty of space so invite your friends and get ready to flow with our founder, Danielle Talley!

Parking details :: Parking: This event will occur as Helios: The 6th Annual Public Arts Festival at Old Dominion University ends each evening. The festival runs from 5-9PM on Friday 11/6 and Saturday 11/7. Please plan for traffic as this is a popular event! Parking garages on 41st and 45th streets will be free for the whole weekend. There is also street parking on Killam Ave and into the residential neighborhoods across Killan ave.
