barre3 and Beyond Yoga are teaming up for an energizing 60-minute class held before the store opens — celebrating community and connection, with proceeds benefiting the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP).
Expect barre3's signature blend of strength conditioning, cardio bursts, and mindfulness — sustained holds, small pulses, and breathwork that build the mind-body connection. With a strong emphasis on modification, this class welcomes all fitness levels.
