Start your morning with a FREE barre3 Signature class led by the barre3 Franklin Lakes team. A Signature class is a full-body workout that combines strength conditioning, cardio, and mindfulness to leave you feeling strong, balanced, and energized.
After class, stay and enjoy an exclusive private shopping experience at lululemon Garden State Plaza before the store opens to the public. You’ll have the opportunity to shop during special early-access hours while connecting with the barre3 and lululemon communities.
No barre3 experience is necessary - just come ready to move with a yoga mat, connect, and have fun!

Our workouts combine strength conditioning, cardio, and mindfulness through intentional movement that can be adapted to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you're brand new to fitness, returning to movement, or an experienced athlete, barre3 empowers you to make each workout your own.
There is no “perfect” way to move at barre3. Our instructors offer options throughout class so you can challenge yourself, modify when you need to, and build strength in a way that feels right for your body.
