On Saturday, June 27, July 25 & Augut 29 at 9am, join us for an outdoor barre class and unforgettable experience on Lugar Plaza. Our FREE ticket gets you a 45 min. class, free samples, and entry into raffles & giveaways.

IMPORTANT DETAILS:
START TIME: Doors open at 8:30 AM. The class will begin at 9 AM sharp, please ARRIVE EARLY to find parking, check-in, and secure a spot for your mat.
TICKETS: Space is EXTREMELY limited. The Plaza has a maximum capacity of 50. We anticipate this being a popular class. Please register in advance and arrive early to guarantee a spot.
CLASS INFORMATION: This 45-minute barre class is a full-body workout that consists of isometric holds and heavy repetition, working muscles to fatigue to develop muscle stamina and endurance.
*For this outdoor class you will need a yoga mat and tennis shoes*
CLASS LEVEL: This class is suitable for all levels (including beginners!)
EQUIPMENT: Please bring your own mat AND tennis shoes to class as we will NOT have extra mats (or shoes) for our patrons.
PARKING: We recommend street parking or the Whole Foods garage and walking over.
CHANGE OF LOCATION: Please note the change of location for our final outdoor class on Saturday, August 29 is at Lugar Plaza!
