60-Minute Barre WorkoutGet ready to sweat, strengthen, and sculpt with a full-body barre class. Barre is a low-impact workout inspired by ballet, Pilates, and strength training. Using small, controlled movements, pulses, and isometric holds, barre focuses on building strength, improving stability, balance, posture, and muscular endurance all while leaving you feeling strong and energized.
No dance experience necessary. Just come ready to move!
