Are you looking to deepen your understanding of barre and get certified?This is a 12-hour training that will cover how to create and design fun and effective barre classes, the primary muscles in barre, how to modify and accommodate postures, and a barre manual. We will work together to design a class that is ready-to-teach and give you all the information you need to start teaching your own barre classes!
Each participant will receive a certification of completion and a training manual.
Requirements:
Must have an active barre, yoga, pilates or another type of movement practice.

Required to attend 8:30am barre class on November 14th at Muddy Waters Yoga Studio additional practicum + observation hours are required for certification
